Information that Seniors Provide to Us. This Website provides a data base of information about employment experiences of persons who register on the Website (the "Seniors") seeking an introduction to employers who register with Twilight Careers, as defined below ("Employers"). We collect personal information, including educational history, employment experience and other qualifications or credentials of the Senior, as described below in more detail ("Qualifications"). Although Seniors are required to register to take full advantage of our services and resources, many areas of our website can be accessed without the need to provide any personal information.
We collect data from Seniors for publication on the Website. On registration, the Senior completes a profile of his or her Qualifications which includes, without limitation, his or her education, employment experience, licenses and other relevant information as determined by the Senior ("Profile"). The amount of information Seniors choose to keep confidential is entirely up to their discretion. Seniors may enter as much or as little information as they choose. Seniors can access the Profile form on the Website or in other ways, as described below. Twilight Career services will only be most effective, however, if Seniors complete all fields in the Profile.
The Profile contains the following categories: (i) name, (ii) address (iii) employment history including prior employers, job descriptions, work history among other work related experience (iv) education and certificates or licenses; (v) salary requirements; (vi) geographic preferences; (vii) hours or scheduling requirements; (viii) job preferences or type of work requested; (ix) willingness to retrain or change career paths; (x) award and commendations; and (xi) other miscellaneous information including your contact information.
The Senior's employment experience and educational qualifications will be distilled from the Profile and posted to the website for Employers (or anyone who registers for this service) omitting the Senior's contact information ("Profile Summary").
We may also collect personal information for the purpose of sending the Senior newsletters or special information relating to Twilight Careers or its services. If a Senior registers to receive email communications from us and later changes his or her mind, the Senior may contact us to have name removed from our distribution lists. Additionally, we may collect personal information, such as the Senior's contact information, whenever you contact Twilight Careers or provide feedback through our Website. Any feedback that you submit to Twilight Careers becomes the property of Twilight Careers. We have the right to use such feedback, including success stories, for marketing purposes.
Information that Employers Provide to Us. To match Seniors with employment opportunities, Twilight Careers collects information from Employers who register with Twilight Careers. To obtain full benefit of the Twilight Career's services, Employers should submit accurate and complete information about job positions available with the Employer including complete job descriptions, qualifications, salary and benefits among other information ("Job Postings").
We may also collect contact information for the purpose of sending you newsletters or special information relating to Twilight Careers. Additionally, we may collect information, such as your contact information, whenever you contact Twilight Careers or provide feedback through our Website. Any feedback that you submit to Twilight Careers becomes the property of Twilight Careers. We have the right to use such feedback, including success stories, for marketing purposes.
Information Provided to Us Automatically. When you visit a website, you automatically disclose certain information, such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address and the time of your visit. This Website, like many other websites, records this basic information about visits to our Website.
We also collect certain other information of a technical nature from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to our website. For example, we will provide a Profile Summary (i.e. limited information from a Profile highlighting experience and job preferences) to Employers who have registered and provided a Job Posting to search our Profile Summary to find an appropriate applicant for the Employer's position. We will only provide contact and personal identifiable information such as a Senior's name to an Employer if a Senior provides us authorization to do so.
Twilight Careers has no control over the use of the information provided to Employers and does not warrant or represent that it will be protected by the Employer or result in employment. Prospective Employers are responsible to comply with all federal and state laws pertaining to the management and control of personnel information in whatever form received including Profile Summaries. Twilight Careers does not audit, manage or control the Employer's procedures and practices and make no representation as to how information submitted from a Profile or included in a Profile Summary will be used by an Employer.
Occasionally, we may use your personal information to notify you about changes to our website, promotional information, new services, or special offers related to employment. We may also use your personal information, such as your email address or telephone number, to respond when you submit a question or suggestion.
Twilight Careers may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, us, or others. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe that the law requires us to do so.
How Employers' Information Is Used and With Whom It Is Shared.
The information we collect is used for administering and advancing our business activities. Job Postings submitted by Employers may be accessed and viewed by anyone registered on the website. Twilight Careers is not responsible for use of such information by persons having access to it. Information provided by Employers that is not included in the Job Posting, such as account and billing information, will not be shared with anyone except as directed by the Employer or as required by law. Account and billing information may be used by Twilight Careers to charge Employers for the Service.

We do not make any specific, personally identifiable information about a particular Senior or the Employer available to third parties without permission. As part of our marketing efforts, however, we may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, general demographic information, in aggregate form, compiled from registration data. No information disclosed on an anonymous, aggregate basis will be linked to you individually.
Access to some services and content on our website is password protected. We advise that you do not disclose your password to anyone. In addition, we recommend that you sign out of password-protected services at the end of your session.
5. Who Has Access to Your Information. Information about our users is important to us. After Seniors register on our website, registered Employers will be provided with a Profile or Profile Summary which has limited experience and preference data regarding the qualifications and preferences of a Member. Seniors will have access to all Job Postings by registered Employers. If an Employer identifies a Profile which matches the Employer's requirements, we will confirm authority from the Member to disclose the Member's personal contact information to the Employer. The Member can always submit a direct application to an Employer based on a Job Posting.
Promotions that run on our website may be sponsored by companies other than Twilight Careers or may be co-sponsored. Some or all data collected during a promotion may be shared with the co-sponsor(s). If data will be shared, you will be notified before we collect any personally identifiable information about a Senior and transfer it to such party. You may decide not to participate in the promotion if you do not want your data to be shared.
To the extent necessary to perform their job, our employees, agents and independent contractors may have access to information on the Member Profile or any Employer posting.
6. Methods We Use to Protect Your Information. Twilight Careers employs reasonable security measures consistent with standard industry practice for information collected through this website. For example, we use security software and password-protected pages to protect the confidentiality of information submitted to us. In addition, our business practices are reviewed periodically for compliance with policies and procedures governing the security and confidentiality of the information we have collected. Our business practices (1) limit access to confidential information to those employees, agents or contractors who need the information to perform a specific job, and (2) limit the use and disclosure of confidential information to authorized persons. We believe, but make no representation or warranty, that we have adequate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information we collect on our website.

We have no responsibility or liability for the content, actions, or policies of third-party websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all third-party websites that link to our website, because such privacy policies may be materially different from this Privacy Policy.
8. Children's Personal Information. This website does not provide services or sell products to children under the age of 18. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, this site does not collect, use, or disclose personal information (including online contact information) of children under the age of 13. If anyone under the age of 18 attempts to register on our website, we will not accept the information and will delete information received from the child. If a child under the age of 18 posts personal information in a public forum on our website, we will attempt to delete that information once we become aware of it.
9. How You Can Access, Change, and Delete Your Personal Information. You can access, change, and delete your personal information by updating your Profile or Job Posting, as the case may be.
